Hi to all Wanganui and
district amateurs who may remember me. Had a ZL2 call when in
Waiouru back in the late 60s early 70s (ZL2BHQ). Then had ZL4DE
from Awarua Radio and ZL3LN/C, ZL4DE/C and ZL7DE from the
Chathams. Moved to Sydney in 89 - with call VK2CBC, and am now VK2IC
- Not too active though these days. Happy 2004 to all. Tony VK2IC

Peace, and may God
bless you always in the name of his son , Jesus Christ. "
Romans 8:28, NIV: "And we know that in all things God works
for the good of those who love Him, who have been called
according to His purpose." Luke 11:28, NIV. "Blessed
rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it."
Romans 3:23 NIV says "for ALL have sinned and fall short of
the glory of God". John 3:16 tells us God loves us so much
that he gave his ONLY son so that we may have eternal life.
" ...If you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and
believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will
be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are
justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are
saved." Romans 6:23 NIV"For the wages of sin is death,
but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord"
Romans 10:9-10 NIV. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful
and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all
unrighteousness."1 John 1:9 NIV. Therefore, if anyone is in
Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!"
2 Corinthians 5: 17 NIV. Jesus is the only way to God, and it is
only by him, not by works, that you can be saved.

greetings from N5ZDB on
the other side of the world. Lord willing and finances
permitting, I would like to visit NZ sometime between Oct 1- Dec.
15. Are you aware of any major hamfests that would be occuring
during that time span? I understand it is very easy to receive
operating permission in NZ. Is this true? Do those amateur radio
operators wishing to purchase equipments find it expensive
compared to other parts of the world? Are two-meter repeaters
very plentiful in your part of the world? I am 48 year old,
single, and a member of a local Baptist church. I am also active
in the Civil Air Patrol and the American Red Cross, as well as
being an avid esperantist. I would greatly appreciate any
information you could give me. David Delatte, 5812 Hwy 68,

I was just cruising the
QSL.NET web-ring when I ran up on your nicely designed site. Your
club site is very well designed and I have really enjoyed the
visit to the "Land of Oz" via your site. I have not had
a chance yet to check out all of your pages and links but I will
do so soon. Keep up the great work and best of 73 from the Lone

Greetings; I would like
to contact some ZLs who are interested in vintage military
equipment and an around-the-world relay for the year 2000. The
"Wireless Set no. 19 Group" (based in Canada) recently
had some success with "Operation Atlantic Hop - II" in
which 19 Set to 19 Set communications were established between
North America and Europe. Our next event will be Operation "VR2K"
(Vintage Relay - 2000) and we need some particiaption from New
Zealand. Any takers? Cheers...Dave
